January at our café is a quiet celebration of Scandinavia. Our specials reflect that spirit: a cinnamon bun topped with strawberry cream inspired by Scandinavian baking traditions, a caramel pecan macaron gently spiced with cinnamon for winter warmth, and a traditional Swedish Nutella poppy seed twist, baked golden and comforting.
